Hey yall! So I’ve been so busy lately that I’ve really needed a good protective style I could put my hair away in. I’ve decided that I’ll do a layered multi-hued fro and keep that in for a coupla weeks.

My inspiration for this look was the swedish model Sabina Karlsson.  One of her pictures were so striking that I just HAD to have the look here is my inspiration:

I will be getting started on this look today so look out for the premiere of this look in the coming days! ;)

LOL! I feel you! Its pretty darn hot over here in NY as well so I’m a little concerned about over-heating myself but I’m still gonna give it a go since I love the look so much.

As for my natural fro being the same size…..yea it pretty much is, but after a week or so it gets super tangly and then I have a huge detangling session to undo it. This way, I can get cool colors without the damage and a long-lasting fro….without being worried about my hair tangling up :)

  3. Oh my goodness, I would LOVE to see how you accomplish this. I love that girl’s hair. I can’t wait for my fro to grow back. I cut it all off in October, and it’s a little past my chin now. =)
