Product Review: Kirkland Sulfate Free Moisture Shampoo

So I just tried this shampoo for the 1st time, it’s sulfate, gluten and paraben free, its vegan and says its moisturizing, I decided to give this a go because my cousin highly recommended it.

Pro’s

- It’s easily the most moisturizing shampoo I’ve ever used
- vegan and natural
-leaves your hair feeling incredibly soft and conditioned
- it’s super thick and creamy

Cons

- Due to it not having stripping sulfates, it may take more lathers to get your hair completely clean, then again it may have been due to me not rubbing aggressively in the first two lathers

- you don’t get as much bubbles and suds as you do with a more stripping shampoo

UPDATE: Upon subsequent uses of this shampoo I’ve found all my my Con’s to be false, you get an awesome lather and bubbles all over the place, this shampoo is perfect, you get clean yet moisturized hair, I cannot think of any cons to using this shampoo.

Overall I’m in love! It’s really gentle and moisturizing on my hair, and gets it completely clean without making my hair feel stripped bare, I think I’ll be sticking to this because it’s better for my hair overall to get an infusion of moisture like this. When I finish washing I feel like I’ve already put conditioner in my hair! Couldn’t be happier with this product.

Cons are not harmful but pro’s are very very effective and useful. I have been searching such a shampoo for a long time. Thank you for this review.

Hi, this shampoo looks really interesting. I think I would like to try it – seems like it would be gentle. Is it a Costco brand?

I bought this shampoo earlier this year and I love it! When I use a clarifying shampoo I will follow up with this one because of the high moisture content.

I’ve just used it for the second time the other day and this is now my all time favorite shampoo. I loved trader Joe’s Nourish Spa but the shampoo was pretty stripping, its a great clarifier but it left my hair too squeaky clean, whereas after using this, I feel like my hair is just as moisturized as it is clean.

For the longest I was using the trader joe’s shampoo wishing to myself that I could find a shampoo thats more moisturizing and my prayers have been answered, and it lathers!!! Sooooo happy with this I can’t even tell ya.
