By NO MEANS will these treatments give you the same results as a relaxer….but they have been widely reported to loosen hair texture temporarily which would aid in stretching relaxers. Some may work better for you then others depending on your hair type and condition of your hair.
– Coconut milk/2 limes/plain yogurt 1 tablespoon of extra virgin oilve oil (this can be done as often as you like) this can be left on over night or for a few hours whichever you like best.
– Henna (recommended to do once a month I’ll elaborate on its benefits in a seperate post)
– MSM (supplement to be taken each day I’ll have a post dedicated to Growth Boosting supplements)
